Toronto, Canada.
What carriers do you use?
Within Canada, we use UPS, FedEx and occasionally Canada Post. Orders to the United States use USPS. For International shipping please contact us for rates and fees.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes we offer international shipping. Please contact us for shipping rates and fees.
Do you have free pick up options?
Yes we offer free pick up in store from our location at 776 Liverpool Road, Unit 4, Pickering ON. Please allow 2 business days for your order to be ready. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

What about customs and duties?
Please note that any customs, duties, taxes, and other import fees, that your parcel incurs during shipment, is the customer/receiver's responsibility to pay. These fees are determined by your country's government. Not In Stores cannot be responsible for these charges.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 3 - 4 business days.
If your order is shipped and undeliverable due to incorrect mailing address or an attempted delivery memo you will have to pay additional shipping costs for reshipping.

If a coupon code is applied to your order wait times can be longer.
Orders shipped to GTA addresses are usually received within 5 business days.
Orders shipping across Canada or to the US can take up to 7 business days.

Do you offer tracking?
Yes! Upon fulfillment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link for tracking. Please allow up to 72 hours to start tracking your package. If tracking information is not received please contact us for an update at notinstores2022@gmail.com.
